Jim is cofounder and CEO of CyberSmart Education, a leader online professional development and curriculum fostering 21st century skills to increase student engagement and prepare students to achieve in today's digital society. Jim's designs have flipped the traditional model of school technology use in developing nations as CyberSmart Africa addresses the challenge of bringing 21st century learning to schools with poor infrastructure -- schools with no electricity where light shines through rusted ceilings.

TEDxTeachersCollege 2012 explored innovations in international education at Teachers College, Columbia University, one of the leading schools of education in the world.
