Cameroon says infrastructure bond oversubscribed

YAOUNDE Feb 20 (Reuters) - Cameroon's 10 billion CFA francs ($20 million) infrastructure bond issued Feb. 15 yielded 33.96 billion CFA in bids with interest rates ranging from 2 to 5 percent, the finance ministry said on Monday.

Bids came in from eight Cameroonian banks, along with two banks from Gabon, and one each from Congo Republic and Central African Republic, according to the statement.
