Studies in support of ICA work - NEPAD's MLTSF Study

Following the completion of part one of the MLTSF Study, the African Development Bank (AfDB) has commenced consultative regional workshops on the outputs of the first part of the MLTSF study. The schedule of these workshops is shown below.

The sub-regional workshops will address infrastructure (STAP) issues related to each of the sub-regions and will provide a forum for the stakeholders to review and validate the findings and recommendations of the first part of the MLTSF Study as it pertains to the respective sub-regions. Comments and recommendations made at the workshops will be taken into account in finalising the outputs of Part 1 of the MLTSF study.

Key stakeholders that would be invited to the workshops include representatives of Regional Economic Communities and their respective member countries, River Basin Organisations (RBOs), and regional sector organisations within a given sub-region. Other participants at the workshop will include representatives of the African Union, NEPAD Secretariat, Infrastructure Consortium for Africa (ICA), continental and international organisations, and bilateral and multilateral development partners and agencies.
