ICA members have accelerated the implementation of regional projects from NEPAD’s Short Term Action Plan (STAP). Between October 2005 and June 2006 funding was committed for a total of 11 NEPAD / STAP projects totaling US$764.3m. A further US$ 7.1m was committed to studies designed to advance the implementation of STAP projects. Outside of NEPAD...
