The 5th Annual AFRICA WATER WEEK will take place in Dakar, Senegal from May 26th - 31st 2014.

The ICA is a sponsor of the event. This years conference theme, "Placing Water at the heart of the post-2015 Development Agenda" will focus on the  Africa Water Vision 2025 of "An Africa where there is an equitable and sustainable use and management of water resources for poverty alleviation, socio economic development, regional cooperation and environment" and the need to further advocate for a distinct water goal in the post 2015 development framework. 

The ICA will actively support African Ministers’Council on Water (AMCOW) in the organization of this important conference in its role a co-convenor and sponsor.
