11 January 2011 Uganda is set to benefit from improved transport infrastructure, which will reduce the cost for businesses of transporting goods. The Kampala-Entebbe Super Highway, a 53km four-lane road, will be built alongside the construction of major motorways linking the Congo, South Sudan and Kenya to the nation, the Daily Monitor reports. "[It] is expected to reduce the cost and time of doing business and boost regional trade," the news provider observed.
