The fourth annual meeting of the Infrastructure Consortium for Africa was held from 13 to 14 March 2008 in Tokyo, Japan. At the outset of the Japanese Presidency of the G8, the meeting was hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Japan.
